A creative and mindful program for kids ages 7–10
This program blends art and mindfulness to help children express their imagination while exploring focus, calm, and self-expression.
Each week, students will:
Create fun and meaningful art projects that build focus and presence
Practice gestural painting to spark creativity and self-expression
Explore gentle movements that connect body and mind in playful ways
Learn simple breathwork to support relaxation and emotional balance
